What we take care of...
The price of the product you see on our site includes all duties, taxes, and fees that need to be paid upon import and distribution. A significant portion of the product price goes towards customs duties, import taxes (including Saudi VAT), brokerage fees, distribution charges, storage fees, and any other local taxes that may apply depending on your destination within Saudi Arabia.
There are NO additional sales taxes owed directly by you because you have ordered from a company based outside Saudi Arabia. To ensure your privacy, we import the products under the name of our Saudi entity, so your personal information is not disclosed at the time of import. We manage the entire logistics cycle, meaning once you make your purchase, you can relax and focus on planning your event while we take care of the rest. We ensure your order is securely packaged, reliably shipped, handled discreetly, and delivered on time.
What you take care of...
Pretty much nothing. After you complete your purchase, there should be very little you need to manage. We take care of importing your order, handling customs clearance, duties, and other taxes, including Saudi VAT. Occasionally, the customs department may take longer to process shipments, especially during peak times or if there are staff shortages. This could result in a delay in delivery. Rest assured, we stay on top of the logistics and will keep you informed of any delays promptly.
What we may ask from you is to inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears to have been opened, please inspect the contents carefully before signing for receipt. If any item is missing or damaged, do not accept the package and send it back. Please notify us via email, and we will investigate the issue and send you a replacement.
