Shipment
1. We don't accept PB BOX address , and only ship to confirmed order address, your order address,ordered item and shipping address can't be changed after item shipped.
2. Doll requires 2 - 3 days processing time + 4 - 13 days for shipping = 2 weeks total delivery time (estimated).
3. In some countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $110 to $210 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
4. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If you want to modify, edit or upgrade the order, you have to reach out us in 24 hours from the date and time of purchase in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible, extra fees might be charged depending on your request.
Warranty & Damages
1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
