One is a breathable plastic version that's a little more forgiving, and the other is in solid silicone.
Easily interchanged on the namesake diamond-patterned strap, both balls snap quickly and easily to D-rings around front. Secure the breathable ball gag around their head when you'll allow a little noise, and use the silicone one when you don't want to hear a peep.
As with any gag, please check in with your partner often to be sure they can breathe and swallow comfortably.
